BWF Envirotec is the world's leading provider of complete solutions for industrial waste gas filtration and solid/liquid separation. With 15 locations and over 50 years of experience, they can implement any customer requirement. Due to the complexity of the business, the consultation and sales process is increasingly proving to be very difficult and lengthy. With over 2100 products, there are many variations and options.
Due to the complexity of the products, BWF Envirotec had difficulties with the exact configuration of solutions in the sales process. The process took a long time and quickly led to many discussions and long concept phases in order to understand the exact requirements for the products. A simple questionnaire could only cover parts of the requirements.
Through the cooperation with 02100 Digital, BWF Envirotec was able to streamline and optimise a complex process. Together we improved an existing concept. The focus here was on improvements to functionality and UI/UX. In addition, existing processes were automated and digitalised. By automating existing processes, time and capacity could be saved in the company.
By means of a decision tree in the background, the questions and answer options were adapted to the answers of the user. In this way, a much more individual result was achieved than with a simple questionnaire.
Thanks to the extensive customisation, the leads are strongly pre-qualified, which allows BWF Envirotec to save a lot of time and resources
The automated and digitalised appointment booking leads to a smooth sales process. The appointments are booked by the customer himself, depending on availability, and all relevant information about the customer is available digitally for BWF.
