Überführung eines manuellen Online-Dating-Prozesses in eine interaktive digitale Plattform in einem sehr engen Zeitrahmen
Während Dating-Prozesse über eine App langwierig und nervenaufreibend sein können, bietet Noii eine Plattform, auf der sich Menschen direkt von Angesicht zu Angesicht treffen können - ohne lästiges hin und her schreiben. Die Gründerin Laura Matter entwickelte ihre Idee zu Zeiten von Corona, als das Kennenlernen von Menschen auf Online-Treffen beschränkt war. Da das Dating plötzlich noch schwieriger wurde, beschloss sie, ein Online-Speed-Dating-Format zu entwickeln.
Anfänglich mussten die Dating-Parteien Zoom-Treffen und Einladungen manuell planen, um sich kennenzulernen. 02100 entwickelte eine praktikable Website MVP, die es den Nutzern ermöglicht, sich anzumelden und Treffen über die Plattform abzuhalten.
Wie viele Start-ups und kleine Unternehmen hatte Noii ein knappes Budget und einen engen Zeitplan für die Entwicklung ihres MVP. Daher mussten wir Prioritäten setzen, welche Funktionen der MVP-Website notwendig waren, um ein überzeugendes Online-Dating-Erlebnis zu bieten.
