Durch die Komplexität der verschiedenen Produkte muss eine Lösung zur einfachen Produktauswahl erstellt werden.
BWF Envirotec ist weltweit führender Anbieter von Komplettlösungen für die industrielle Abgasfiltration und Fest-/Flüssigtrennung. Mit 15 Standorten und über 50 Jahren Erfahrungen können sie jede Anforderung von Kunden umsetzen. Durch die Komplexität des Geschäftsbereichs gestaltet sich der Beratungs- und Verkaufsprozess zunehmend als sehr schwer und langwierig. Mit über 2100 Produkten gibt es viele Varianten und Optionen.
Durch die Komplexität der Produkte hatte BWF Envirotec Schwierigkeiten bei der genauen Konfiguration von Lösungen im Sales Prozess. Der Prozess dauerte lange und führte schnell zu vielen Gesprächen und langen Konzeptphasen um die Anforderungen an die Produkte genau zu verstehen. Ein einfacher Fragebogen konnte nur Teile der Anforderungen abdecken.
Durch die Kooperation mit 02100 Digital konnte BWF Envirotec einen komplexen Prozess schlanker machen und optimieren. Zusammen haben wir ein bestehendes Konzept verbessert. Hierbei standen Verbesserungen der Funktionalität und UI/UX im Vordergrund. Zusätzlich wurden bestehende Prozesse automatisiert und digitalisiert. Durch die Automatisierung bestehender Prozesse konnten im Unternehmen Zeit und Kapazität gespart werden.
